Package came speedily, but item was DOA on arrival. It seems that the level switch gets stuck when you try to change setting on it or something. I emailed the seller (AMAZON)and was sent another Bethlehem Lighting immediately. Well the second one had the same problem. I recently sent both back to AMAZON for a full refund. I was very disappointed because I wanted the candelabra for my picture window for Christmas decoration. First time I had to return an Amazon item because of defect since buying products from their website for over a year now. Looks like switch has been pushed in. 3 are broken at the base of one of the "candles" and don't stand straight. 1 is broken at both spots. Broken ones easily returned. We are using it year round. I love the glow, as it is perfect to make a person look beautiful. Like a candle glow :) It is also a bright light, and really comes in handy where lighting is lacking.
