   I ordered this product to arrive a few days before Christmas. I got the product in time, however, the product was damaged. . . the back right paw was broken off. The piece was there, in the box, and I didn’t have time to return it and get another, so I used some super glue to glue the paw back on. . . then put it back in the box so the paw didn’t touch the plastic (so the pressure wouldn’t break it off again, not being on all that good so quickly). I’m hoping it held, I haven’t heard anything from the gift recipient. The product that was pictured was NOT the product that was sent (it was completely different–picture was a chihuahua sitting on a carpet, with a gift unwrapped in front of it, while the product sent was a chihuahua with no carpet, no gift, with a string of Christmas lights in his mouth). Between this and the item arriving damaged, I had nothing good to say to the seller when I left them feedback. However, the seller (Loveyourpet) e-mailed me wanting to resolve the issue. They also explained that the manufacturer changed the product but left the UPC the same, so until they got complaints, they had no way of knowing the product was different from the one pictured on Amazon. I told them that there wasn’t much that could be done now, or even before, due to timing. . . and that normally I would’ve returned/exchanged the product, but timing was the issue before Christmas. The seller then asked me to confirm my address, and wanted to at least send me a full refund check by mail. Several days later, I received the check as promised, for the full amount refunded. Considering the seller did what they could at that point to make the customer happy, I went from never buying from this seller again (and a 1 star review at the time). . . to, now, I think I would, since they seem concerned about the customer’s satisfaction. As I told them, short of having a magic wand. . . they did all they could at the time, since we couldn’t exactly go back in time and resolve the issue, or do it in one day or less at the time so the gift would’ve been intact by Christmas.

   This is an adorable bulldog ornament! My husband LOVES English bulldogs, so I gave him this ornament for Christmas. Super cute and it looked great on our tree. We’re looking forward to having it on our tree for years to come. . . and we’re looking forward to having a real-life English bulldog soon!

   My wife and I have a Yorkie, and this ornament looks like him. It’s very well made and doesn’t look cheap or tacky. It’s a beautiful ornament that will be on our tree for years to come.
